MEDDIThe future of borderless healthcare.

At a glance
- Design thinking
- Speed is the promise, but care is what it should feel like.
- Problem
- A telemedicine brand has to look expert enough to trust with a diagnosis and warm enough to talk to.
- Approach
- A keyword workshop ranked wellbeing, humanity and care above speed, and that ranking became the test for every element.
- Outcome
- One identity across the wordmark, symbol, colour and app design. The project is still in progress.
- Role
- Lucie as the only design and project lead, working directly with the client.
- What we designed

The decision
A serif wordmark with the calm of a trusted doctor’s practice.
The serifs borrow the authority of an established practice, which a brand built on medical expertise needs.
Sharp edges on the letterforms keep the wordmark modern and leave the softness to the symbol beside it.

Four references folded into one shape.
A heart, a helping hand, a stethoscope and the M of MEDDI all sit inside a single outline. At app-icon size it still reads as one mark.

The palette splits the brand’s two jobs.
Midnight Green and Dark Turquoise carry the professionalism and the trust. Bright Tagmarine and Sunset Yellow add the warmth, and Light Champagne holds the two halves together.
- Midnight Green#0A535F
- Dark Turquoise#4EC3C7
- Bright Tagmarine#FC9663
- Sunset Yellow#F8B756
- Light Champagne#F9F4EE
- Pure White#FFFFFF
Only the main action and the doctor get the brand’s dark green.
Midnight Green marks the one action that matters and the doctor’s card. The rest stays white, so the warm accents on the appointment timeline are easy to find.
