Project Context
Lucie Krulichová worked as Talentiqa’s fractional CMO, leading the strategic development of the brand from its foundations. Her work included defining the brand’s positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring all elements aligned with the company’s mission and target audience. In addition to creating the full website, she oversaw and contributed to critical UX/UI decisions, shaping the site’s structure, user flows, and overall experience. Her contributions spanned both strategic and executional levels, resulting in a cohesive and user-centered digital presence for Talentiqa.

It was important to capture the essence of what the brand represents. We explored four different design directions and sent a questionnaire to key stakeholders, asking strategic questions to assess brand association and design confidence. The results were very positive toward the gradient design option and confirmed that we were on the right path.

WebApp & chatbot interface design
We designed the web app interface that connects seamlessly with the chatbot system. Each interface came with its own set of challenges, from technical constraints to user experience considerations. The MVP included 32 unique screen designs, covering both simple and advanced interaction workflows.The chatbot was trained on carefully curated data and built on top of existing AI models to enhance empathy in its responses. By refining the training data and optimizing interaction patterns, we created a more human-centered, emotionally aware conversational experience
