Project Context
Lucie Krulichová built the complete brand identity and custom website from the ground up for this project including end-to-end Webflow development. The client wanted to highlight their strong existing residential portfolio while creating a minimalist, modern design that complements the style of the homes they build. The goal of the website was also to showcase 17 new homes for sale, making it essential to present the features and qualities of each property, including home standards, layouts, benefits, interior design, and pricing.

Concept
The NORTHOUSE logo is a study in reductive sophistication. By merging a directional symbol with a structural form, it creates a visual metaphor that aligns perfectly with its name: a house pointing toward the north. The use of geometry a perfect circle and a strong, raised accent provides both balance and motion. The identity is distinctly minimal, functional, elemental, and rooted in natural harmony.
