iO Partners, founded in 2023, leads in Central European real estate. We built a website to centralize listings and insights, enhancing client experience and brand unity.

Project Context

iO Partners needed a single website to bring together multiple European market sites. We created one platform with a centralized CMS and interactive property search, combining all data into a unified experience. This project required careful stakeholder alignment and clear communication across multiple roles—including the marketing manager, brand designer, and CEO. Balancing creative direction with strategic coordination was key to keeping the project on track and ensuring a cohesive outcome.

This project involved linking the Corporate and Property websites. With a small team and tight deadline, I developed a phased plan and adapted pricing as complexity grew. I led the entire project, overseeing SEO, technical aspects, API implementation, and integrations.

This alliance expanded their reach across Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia, combining experienced teams, streamlined systems, and continued collaboration with JLL—while keeping local leadership in place to ensure continuity and trust.

Consolidating diverse property data across countries into a unified customer view and integrating a custom CMS tailored for agents. Unifying property data from various countries into a single, consistent format for customers was a complex task due to regional differences in listings. This project involved merging multiple presentation websites to create a seamless experience, allowing customers to explore properties across borders effortlessly. Additionally, we integrated the client’s database and developed a custom CMS tailored to meet the diverse needs of different agents, ensuring flexibility and ease of use for all users involved.
